Job summary

Capco is seeking a Managing Principal / Director for Financial Crime Transformation (AML, Sanctions and Fraud) in London (Hybrid). You will lead strategic programmes across AML, sanctions and fraud, partnering with senior clients to deliver large-scale transformation while integrating responsible AI, automation and data-driven insights to improve delivery and governance.

You will shape operating models, controls and technology solutions across financial crime functions, and lead business

Qualifications

Deep expertise in AML, sanctions and fraud within financial services.
Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes in consulting or financial institutions.
Knowledge of financial crime frameworks, KYC, due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring, and the three lines of defence.
Demonstrated ability to apply AI responsibly in regulated environments and to drive governance.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic financial crime transformation programmes across AML, sanctions and fraud.
Advise clients on regulatory compliance and remediation programmes (e.g., s166).
Design target operating models, controls and tech solutions with AI-enabled capabilities.
Identify opportunities for innovation, AI adoption and cost optimisation with strong governance.
Build senior client relationships, lead business development and shape market-leading propositions.
