Thomson Reuters seeks a Director of Risk Engineering & Assurance to lead risk and compliance technology strategy, governance, and delivery. You will drive AI-enabled risk/controls, data products, and automation, partnering with risk leaders and the Data & Analytics organisation to scale enterprise solutions.

You will shape the team, define operating models, and ensure responsible AI and data governance across platforms, with a bias toward speed, reliability, and stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading software, data, and AI/ML teams delivering production-grade solutions.
Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, well-governed technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Set and own the Risk & Compliance AI and data-product strategy and roadmap.
Lead the forward-engineering central team and its hiring and capability development.
Partner with Data & Analytics to establish shared-data product services.
Deliver priority data products and automation with strong governance and risk controls.
