Ecclesiastical Insurance, part of Benefact Group, seeks a Head of Direct Underwriting in Gloucester to lead underwriting strategy and performance for Direct portfolios. You will drive profitability, quality, and customer outcomes while guiding a team of Technical Underwriters.

You will build key relationships, shape pricing, and ensure governance across the Direct account, contributing to sustainable growth and strategic initiatives at a UK level.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in a senior underwriting role.
• Strong portfolio management experience across Direct business.
• Ability to lead pricing strategy and customer outcomes.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
