About the role:

As a member of the Direct Sales Team at viva.com, you will convert inbound and self-sourced sales leads into merchants for card terminals and related services. You will provide first-class sales service, aligned with customer needs, acting as a trusted partner.

More specifically, as a Direct Sales Executive, you will:

  • Manage and organize your diary effectively
  • Handle objections with resilience and persistence
  • Adopt a results-driven approach with strong self-motivation
  • Work under pressure to achieve sales targets

To be considered, you should have:

  • Experience in B2B sales or high-value B2C sales
  • Strong organizational and diary management skills
  • Resilience and persistence in handling objections to achieve win-win outcomes
  • A results-driven approach with strong self-drive and the ability to work under pressure
  • Motivation to succeed both personally and financially
  • Excellent command of English

Desirable:

  • Ability to understand, demonstrate, and communicate web-based software products
  • Experience dealing with a diverse client base
  • Additional language skills such as Turkish, Mandarin, or Cantonese are beneficial but not essential
