About the Job

You will handle warm inbound calls and follow up on qualified outbound opportunities to support customers through their health sales journey. This includes providing advised quotations and guiding customers online to ensure they get the information they need.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication skills with experience in sales or customer service
• Empathy towards customers, supporting them through challenging times and building loyalty
• Strong fact-finding skills to ask the right questions and recommend suitable policies
• Attention to detail to verify information and make accurate suggestions
• Knowledge of insurance or financial products is a plus but not essential
