We're looking for an Associate Regional Sales Representative

This role is Remote, United Kingdom

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a sales-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality. You’ll be a self-starter who thrives in a high-growth and competitive landscape.

In this role you will:

  1. Be a Hunter: Pursue new logo business and be comfortable with cold-calling.
  2. Contact prospects by phone, email, and occasionally face-to-face to qualify their needs and propose solutions.
  3. Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  4. Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  5. Schedule and perform product demos for prospects and clients.
  6. Provide inside sales, marketing, and sales engineering support.
  7. Prioritize activities to meet sales quotas and objectives.
  8. Manage leads using our CRM and maintain accurate records.
  9. Develop long-term relationships with prospects.

You’ve got what it takes if you have:

  1. At least 1 year of business services and/or software sales experience, with success selling solutions at the executive level.
  2. A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  3. Experience with solution selling and new business development.
  4. Experience using CRM or contact management systems.
  5. Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
  6. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Comfort in demonstrating software to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  8. Self-motivation to achieve results with minimal supervision.
  9. Aptitude for technology and internet tools.
  10. Strong business acumen.
  11. Ability to explain the benefits of talent management effectively.
  12. Awareness of privacy and security concerns.
