An opportunity has arisen for a Direct Payments Assistant within Adult Social Care Finance, supporting individuals who have opted for a direct payment to arrange their own care. The team works across East Sussex County Council, managing a telephone helpline and email inbox, providing advice and answering queries from internal teams and the public.
Your role will involve providing office support to ensure correct processing and monitoring of direct payments. You will act as the main contact point for direct payments, covering adult social care systems, helpline, and email correspondence.
