Job description

Barchester’s rapidly expanding finance team has an opportunity for a Payment Agreement Assistant to join us on a permanent basis. This varied position involves supporting the Operational Finance Manager with:

1. Processing payment agreements and Land Registry search requests
2. Updating all financial databases and company systems to ensure current and accurate information

This is a remote position, with occasional travel for meetings and training.

Requirements:

• GCSE in Maths and English
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Support the Operational Finance Team to achieve targets and support the business’s success
• Undertake Land Registry and Zoopla valuation searches and prepare property finance check templates
• Obtain necessary information to complete property finance checks
• Process payment agreement requests
• Research to determine if residents/customers meet scheme requirements
• Ensure debt security through payment and settlement agreements
• Monitor active Payment and Settlement Agreements
