Job summary

Computacenter is driving forward the Direct Liquid Cooling initiative from its Hatfield Integration Centre, working with Sales, customers, vendors and technical teams to design, validate and deliver scalable DLC solutions. Qualifications

• Extensive practical experience with Direct Liquid Cooling technologies.
• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, power and cooling environments.
• Experience in technical consulting, solution architecture or pre-sales.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for Direct Liquid Cooling opportunities from pre-sales through pilot, test, build and production.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and shape effective solutions.
• Support Sales by demonstrating the value of the Integration Centre and DLC capabilities.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to validate compatibility and delivery requirements.
• Lead workshops and technical discussions with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Translate customer requirements into practical configuration guidance and repeatable delivery processes.
• Bridge customers, vendors, project teams and delivery for smooth onboarding and scale.
• Provide technical leadership and third-level support for complex challenges.
• Capture and communicate emerging technologies and best practices across the organisation.
