• Introduce add-on sales to maximise departmental targets.
• Handle customer complaints with guidance from management.
• Maintain knowledge of sales targets and boutique performance.
• Follow stock management procedures and maintain displays.
• Operate selling systems, cash and exchange procedures.
• Contribute to team meetings and adhere to store procedures.
• Support security and prevent theft.
• Participate in other duties as directed by management.
