You will master the steamer, balance texture and flavour under pressure, and contribute to an inclusive, supportive work environment with ongoing training and development. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in dim sum or Chinese cuisine preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and food hygiene.
