Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking an experienced supervisor for the Digitised Health Records Team. You will lead a busy team, ensuring accurate, timely digitised records for hospital admissions and outpatient appointments, while mentoring staff and maintaining high service standards.

Knowledge of PAS, CWS and HR policies is essential, along with Welsh language willingness. The post involves some physically demanding tasks and requires excellent communication and organisational

Formación

• Supervisory experience required; able to lead a team and manage performance.
• Knowledge of PAS and CWS systems, with practical HR awareness.
• Understanding Health Board policies and procedures, including HR.
• Knowledge of Welsh Ambulance? (WAG) guidelines and related standards.
• Ability to respond to enquiries, progress chase and solve routine problems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the health records team to deliver a professional service.
• Coordinate workload and ensure timely digitised records for admissions and appointments.
• Support clinical teams and promote interdepartmental collaboration.
• Develop new ways of working while maintaining service delivery.
• Provide training and monitor staff sickness and performance.

Vocational/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
