- Proven track record leading technical teams on complex projects.
- Deep knowledge of Digital Twin methodologies and enabling technologies (IoT, edge computing, simulation, data analytics).
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders translating needs into technical deliverables.
Aufgaben
- Lead technical teams to deliver Digital Twin projects across sectors.
- Provide expert advice on Digital Twin technologies.
- Ensure Digital Twins meet stakeholder needs and quality standards.
- Assess skills and resources, support hiring and allocation.
- Support delivery strategy development with Head of Technology Adoption.
- Coach colleagues and support staff development.
