Job summary

Buildots is hiring a Schedule Integration Specialist & Team Lead in the UK. You will align customer construction schedules with the Buildots Digital Twin 50/50 between hands-on work and management, leading a small team. The role offers hybrid work in London and remote options for non-London candidates.

You’ll own delivery quality, mentor staff, and collaborate with internal teams to surface client pain points while driving project success and cohesive workflow across diverse global projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years operational experience in the building construction industry.
• 2+ years people management experience with KPI reporting.
• Practical experience with construction schedules and fit-out sequences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of customer construction schedules as part of Digital Twin design.
• Align schedule activities to construction activities Buildots tracks.
• Work on a wide variety of project types worldwide.
• Provide ongoing project maintenance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Schedule Integration Specialists team, including regular one-to-ones and performance reviews.
• Own delivery quality across the team's portfolio through regular reviews and feedback.
• Act as escalation point for complex scheduling, technical, or client issues.
• Hire, onboard and train new team members and build training materials/playbooks.
• Partner with internal teams to surface recurring client pain points.
• Report team performance metrics and KPIs to leadership.
