Job summary

Propel is seeking a Schedule Integration Team Lead to bridge construction expertise with technology. The role combines leading a team with hands-on scheduling work, ensuring project sequencing and schedule integrity across multiple projects.

You will mentor staff, manage KPIs, and serve as the escalation point for complex scheduling and client issues. The candidate will work internationally and collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operational experience in building construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes, scheduling and fit-out sequences.
• Experience with scheduling tools: Primavera P6, MS Project or Powerproject.
• Background in Engineering, Planning, Construction Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Schedule Integration Specialists.
• Manage workload allocation, performance and KPIs.
• Review work to ensure quality across the team.
• Act as escalation point for complex scheduling and client issues.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Work hands-on with construction schedules and project sequencing.
• Partner with internal teams to identify recurring client challenges and improve processes.
• Work across a diverse range of construction projects internationally.
