Job summary

Scottish Autism is seeking a Head of Digital and Transformation to lead ICT, digital strategy, and transformation across Scotland. This is a home-based/hybrid role with travel to Alloa and other sites.

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Business Services, you will guide cyber security, infrastructure, and service delivery, build a high-performing team, and partner with senior leaders to drive value for colleagues and service users.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading ICT functions and digital transformation programmes at a senior level.
• Proven track record developing technology strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Strong governance, risk management and cyber security understanding.
• Experience managing suppliers, contracts and technology budgets.
• Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent frameworks beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the organisation's ICT and Digital Strategy.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and process improvements.
• Oversee cyber security, infrastructure and cloud hosting.
• Manage ICT budgets, procurement and supplier relationships.
• Advise Executives and Board on technology strategy and risk.
• Support adoption of emerging technologies and data-driven solutions.
