Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to work across customer sites, using advanced data and technology to reduce admin burdens and automate back-office processes. You will collaborate with onsite management to improve data quality and meet client requirements.

The role focuses on digitising services, driving efficiency, and delivering end-user training while leveraging GIS and data reporting to support national project rollouts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational or analytical management supporting business change.
• High problem-solving ability and independence.
• Solid relationship management and excellent communication skills to explain complex data analysis.
• Strong data skills and use of Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own and rethink back office processes to remove unnecessary paper processes and support national project rollouts.
• Deliver product roadmaps with the support of the central operational systems team.
• Work with operational teams to ensure data and reporting improve efficiency and performance of services.
• Use latest technology to optimise efficiency and drive improvements through smarter use of existing systems or new tech.
• Develop and implement technology to drive digitisation of services and automate processes.
• Support the digital training strategy to deliver end-user training.
• Support teams with service changes to improve routing using GIS.
• Manipulate large datasets to perform service analysis for operations.
