Job summary

Veolia seeks a Digital Transformation Manager to drive back-office automation across customer sites. You will use advanced data and technology to reduce administrative burden on operational teams and partner with onsite management to improve data quality and reporting to meet client needs.

You will own back-office processes, deliver roadmaps, and collaborate with central systems to optimise efficiency, while promoting digitisation and training across user groups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational or analytical management supporting business change.
• High problem-solving ability, and the ability to work independently.
• Solid relationship management and excellent communication skills, to convey complex data clearly to end users.
• Strong data skills and use of Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own and rethink back office processes to remove unnecessary paper processes and support national project rollouts.
• Deliver product roadmaps with the support of the central operational systems team.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure that data and reporting are used to improve efficiency and performance.
• Use the latest advances in technology to optimise efficiency and drive improvements through smarter use of existing systems or new technology.
• Develop and implement technology to drive digitisation of services, reducing paper-based processes.
• Support the implementation of the digital training strategy to deliver end-user training.
• Assist teams with service changes, driving efficiency through routing improvements using GIS.
• Manipulate large datasets to perform service analysis as part of work on operational systems.
