Job summary

European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL-EBI) is launching a Digital Transformation Specialist role to drive EMBL-wide change programmes, with an initial focus on HR and expanding to Finance and Procurement. You will work with the Change & Engagement team, subject matter experts and business stakeholders to support system changes, training and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in HR technology projects and change management is highly valued.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of digital change and transformation initiatives across EMBL-EBI and EMBL-wide programmes.
• Coordinate creation and maintenance of user guidance, SOPs and training materials.
• Assist in planning and delivering communications and training ahead of major system releases.
• Act as coordination point between SMEs, Change Managers and end users to ensure successful delivery.
