Job summary

The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) in Coventry is seeking a Digital Transformation Senior Advisor to help manufacturers across the UK accelerate their digital journeys. You will identify opportunities to apply AI, IoT, digital twins and enterprise systems, develop strategic roadmaps and mentor the Digital Transformation team.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, manufacturing domain knowledge and the ability to lead multi‑project initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing sector and transformation programs.
• Knowledge of ERP, MRP, MES, PLM, IT/OT architectures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify digital opportunities and challenges.
• Assess digital maturity and define transformation roadmaps.
• Advise on AI, IoT, Digital Twins, robotics, and other technologies.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
• Build relationships with industry partners and technology providers.
