Job summary

VIQU IT in Cardiff is seeking a Digital Trainer on a 12-month fixed-term contract to design and deliver training that enables colleagues to confidently adopt new technologies. You will deliver classroom and virtual training on Microsoft 365 and clinical systems, create training materials, and support the rollout and adoption of new digital systems.

Collaborating with Digital, Business Change and operational teams, you’ll promote digital learning opportunities and ensure engaging content for

Qualifications

Experience delivering IT or digital training.
Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
Experience creating training materials and user documentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage stakeholders and adapt training for different audiences.
Degree in Education, Learning & Development or related field, or equivalent experience.
Healthcare, digital transformation or e-learning experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging digital training programmes.
Deliver classroom and virtual training on Microsoft 365 and clinical systems.
Create training materials, user guides and digital learning content.
Conduct training needs analysis and tailor learning solutions.
Support the rollout and adoption of new digital systems.
Promote digital learning opportunities and support the Learning Management System (LMS).
