Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a reliable Digital Education Trainer to support staff across sites at Royal Bolton Hospital. You will deliver and evaluate training, promote digital skills, and help users make the most of clinical systems and eLearning tools.
The role involves blended learning approaches (face-to-face, virtual sessions and eLearning), creating resources, providing responsive support, and working with the Digital Education Team to test and implement new software.
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable individual with strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly. You will work autonomously, manage your workload effectively and contribute positively to a supportive team. Flexibility to travel between sites and occasional evening or weekend working is required. The role is based at Royal Bolton Hospital, with flexible and agile working supported.
Provide training, support and knowledge to support the implementation and development of all elements of Digital Education being implemented within the Trust. To ensure that all users make full and effective use of Digital tools by evaluating and testing current and new software, as well as planning, developing, delivering and evaluating training courses.
