Join our digital trading team on a hybrid basis (3 days a week in office) out of our Battersea Park brand new office. 30 seconds from the powerstation! Drive digital sales performance, optimise online merchandising, and execute strategic trade plans to grow our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business.

  • Own the trade plan and merchandising strategy for your category.
  • Analyse digital sales performance and identify key opportunities.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies and pricing optimisation.
  • Ensure best-in-class content and a seamless customer journey.
  • Monitor site performance, conversion metrics, and user experience.
  • Manage forecasts and optimise inventory levels to meet demand.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and analytics teams.
  • Utilise data insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvements.
  • Leverage e-commerce platforms, Google Analytics, and ContentSquare for insights.
  • Stay ahead of digital commerce trends to drive innovation and growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or commercial trading.
  • Deep understanding of the digital consumer journey and online retail dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
