Job summary

The Range is a Sunday Times Top Track 100 company and one of the UK's fastest growing privately owned retailers. We are expanding our digital capability and seeking a dynamic Digital Trading Manager to lead ecommerce trading and promotional strategy across The Range website.

You will collaborate with the Group Head of Digital and cross-functional teams to optimise revenue, conversion, AOV, and profitability while delivering data-driven improvements and a strong merchandising plan.

Qualifications

• Numerical with ability to tell a story using data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements and efficient ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the digital trading and promotional strategy aimed at revenue, conversion, AOV, and profitability.
• Collaborate with buying, logistics, marketing, finance and digital teams to align on goals.
• Develop digital category plans and lead group campaign planning.
• Maintain optimal digital stock levels and accurate fulfilment forecasts.
• Lead and develop the digital trading and merchandising team with a data-driven culture.
• Own homepage and content planning to boost site search, merchandising, and CRO roadmap.
