Job summary

Sky is seeking a Digital Trading Lead to own the end-to-end digital performance narrative, using data and commercial judgment to identify and deliver opportunities across acquisition and existing journeys.

You will translate performance data into clear insights, drive trading decisions to maximise digital share, ARPU, and net customer growth, and collaborate across Digital Marketing, eCommerce and value streams.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Digital sales plan, taking accountability for performance against targets.

• Monitor performance and prioritise opportunities to improve conversion and customer value.
• Define and execute optimisation plans with measurable commercial impact.
• Develop and evolve a Digital trading playbook understanding key levers and outcomes.
• Collaborate across Digital Marketing, eCommerce and value streams to deliver seamless journeys.
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve digital proposition and trading effectiveness.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships at senior levels.

Job description

As the Digital Trading Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering Sky’s Digital growth ambitions by owning the end-to-end digital performance story , using data,insightand commercial judgement toidentify, prioritise and deliver opportunities across acquisition and existing customer journeys.

You will be accountable for translating performance data into clear, actionable insight , driving trading decisions that maximise digital share, ARPU and net customer growth.

Whatyou’lldo:

• Own and deliver the Digital sales plan, taking full accountability for performance against targets and proactivelyidentifyingrisks and opportunities

• Make informed trading decisions at pace, balancing data, customerimpactand commercial priorities to optimise performance

• Lead and own the digital performance narrative, clearly articulating the “what, why and so what”,ensuring insight drives action and influences senior stakeholders

• Continuouslymonitorperformance,identifying, sizing and prioritising opportunities to improve conversion,demandand customer value

• Define and execute optimisation plans, ensuring measurable commercial impact

• Develop and evolve a Digital trading playbook, building a clear understanding of key levers and expected outcomes

• Collaborate across Digital Marketing,eCommerceand value streams to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer journey

• Lead transformation initiatives to improve the digital customer proposition and trading effectiveness

• Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, confidently influencing at senior levels

What you’ll bring:

• A highly analytical and commercially minded individual with a strongtrack recordof using data and insight to drive business performance and inform decision-making

• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive understanding and action at all levels of the business

• Proven ability to move from analysis to action, delivering measurable impact at pace

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership

• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment withhigh levelsof accountability

• Experience in Adobe Analytics,Tableauor similar applications alongside strong MS Office Skills, particularly Excel and PowerPointrequired

DesirableCriteria:

• Experience in digital/eCommerce environments isadvantageous, but not essential
