Job summary

Making Space is seeking a Digital Adoption Lead to drive digital transformation from our Warrington head office. You will champion user-centred adoption, deliver training on Microsoft 365 tools and new systems, and support change management to realise tangible benefits for colleagues and services.

This on-site role requires coordinating with operational teams and suppliers, planning go-live activities, and embedding digital ways of working across England.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology adoption, business transformation or change management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, business system adoption and digital skills development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of digital adoption activity across the organisation.
• Understand service needs and user experience to inform adoption plans.
• Plan and deliver practical training and support for new digital tools.
• Support readiness and go-live activities for digital changes.
• Collaborate with suppliers and project teams to shape digital solutions.
• Line manage a Digital Adoption Trainer.
