UHS Estates Ltd (UEL) seeks a Systems Manager to lead development of the Integrated Workplace Management System and related digital platforms within the EFCD team on a 12‑month secondment. The role covers systems administration, project delivery, data analysis and stakeholder engagement across a large healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical/analytical skills, experience with databases or enterprise systems, and the ability to translate requirements into practical

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent.
• Strong experience with CAFM/IWMS databases and data analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop IWMS and digital platforms.
• Data import, entry and validation for management reporting.
• User support, training and issue resolution.
