Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust seeks an EFCD Systems Manager to lead IWMS initiatives, support digital projects, and drive data-driven improvements within the EFCD team at University Hospital Southampton.

The role combines systems administration, project delivery and data analytics, requiring strong technical and analytical skills and effective cross-functional communication in a large healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with database or enterprise systems and translating business requirements into digital solutions.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft 365 is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ongoing improvements of the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and related digital platforms.
• Manage data import, entry and validation to enable management reporting.
• Provide user support, training and issue resolution for software users.
