Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is recruiting a Digital Standards Manager to drive digital compliance, information management and CDE standards across construction projects in the UK. The role focuses on ISO 19650 alignment and improving digital delivery for teams and suppliers.

The position sits in Birmingham/West Midlands on site, offering £48K-£55K plus benefits, and permanent status. A strong background in BIM, document control and information governance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience within construction, digital delivery, BIM, information management or design management.
• Hands-on experience with a Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Good working knowledge of ISO 19650 and information management processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience monitoring compliance and driving corrective actions.
• Ability to influence and challenge project teams and supply chain partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital mobilisation and readiness for new projects.
• Configure and oversee project CDE structures, permissions and workflows.
• Monitor Asset360 and project CDE environments for performance and compliance.
• Ensure naming conventions, metadata and information management standards are applied.
• Carry out digital audits, quality checks and compliance reviews.
• Produce KPI reports and track corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to improve digital adoption and compliance.
• Deliver CDE and Asset360 training and promote digital best practice.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Standards Manager to support digital compliance, information management and Common Data Environment (CDE) standards across a portfolio of projects for a leading Construction/Property Services Contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in digital construction, BIM, information management, document control or design management to take a key role in improving digital standards and ensuring project teams and supply chain partners operate in line with agreed processes and ISO 19650 principles.

As Digital Standards Manager, you will:

• Lead digital mobilisation and readiness for new projects.
• Configure and oversee project CDE structures, permissions and workflows.
• Monitor the performance and compliance of Asset360 and project CDE environments.
• Ensure naming conventions, metadata and information management standards are consistently applied.
• Carry out digital audits, quality checks and compliance reviews.
