Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is recruiting a Digital Standards Manager to oversee digital compliance, information management and CDE standards across multiple construction projects. The role is based in Birmingham / West Midlands with a permanent contract and salary £48K-£55K plus benefits.

You will lead digital mobilisation, configure CDE structures, monitor Asset360, ensure metadata standards and run digital audits and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction digital delivery, BIM, information management, or document control.
• Hands-on experience administering a Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Good knowledge of ISO 19650 and information management processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience monitoring compliance and driving corrective actions.
• Ability to influence project teams and supply chain partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital mobilisation and readiness for new projects.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Standards Manager to support digital compliance, information management and Common Data Environment (CDE) standards across a portfolio of projects for a leading Construction/Property Services Contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in digital construction, BIM, information management, document control or design management to take a key role in improving digital standards and ensuring project teams and supply chain partners operate in line with agreed processes and ISO 19650 principles.

As Digital Standards Manager, you will:

• Lead digital mobilisation and readiness for new projects.
• Configure and oversee project CDE structures, permissions and workflows.
• Monitor the performance and compliance of Asset360 and project CDE environments.
• Ensure naming conventions, metadata and information management standards are consistently applied.
• Carry out digital audits, quality checks and compliance reviews.
