Our Digital team is the heart of our company!

In this vital role of Digital Specialist at Bullet, you will be responsible for managing paid ad campaigns and client relationships to drive strong results for our fitness clients. You will work closely with some of the best fitness studios in the world, collaborating with owners, managers, and internal teams who care deeply about the campaigns we deliver. Your role is to understand their business, get to know their teams, and align with their culture to build, manage, and optimise highly effective paid ad campaigns that attract new clients and help them grow.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy and proactivity, supported by Bullet’s well-established systems, industry experts, and strategic guidance. We pride ourselves on building strong, long-lasting partnerships with our clients through personable, capable Digital Marketers who go the extra mile.

This is primarily a remote role. You may work from any location in the UK, with occasional face-to-face meetings with clients or team members as needed.

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 2 years managing paid social/advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Campaign Management (Meta & Google)
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
• Customising campaign ideas to meet client needs
• Professional communication with clients
• Leading regular Zoom calls with clients to discuss results and strategies
• Maintaining excellent client relationships
• Problem-solving and proactive issue resolution
• Following all campaign protocols diligently
• Improving systems and addressing client-side issues to add value

Additional Experience:

• Meta Business Manager (2 years)
• Localised Online Marketing (Fitness-specific experience is a bonus)
• Agency experience or direct client management preferred
