Our Digital team is the heart of our company!

In this vital role of Digital Specialist at Bullet, you will be responsible for managing paid ad campaigns and client relationships to drive strong results for a portfolio of our fitness clients. You will work closely with some of the best fitness studios in the world, collaborating with owners, managers, and their internal teams who care deeply about the campaigns we deliver. It’s your role to understand their business, get to know their teams, and align with their culture, so you can build, manage, and optimise highly effective paid ad campaigns that attract new clients and help them grow.

While you will have support from Bullet’s experienced team, a well-structured system, and a clear strategy, this role requires a high degree of autonomy and proactivity. We believe in creating strong, long-lasting partnerships with our clients by pairing them with smart, personable, and capable Digital Marketers who go the extra mile to achieve results.

This is primarily a remote role. You can work from any location in the UK, but occasional face-to-face meetings with clients or team gatherings may be required.

Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years managing paid social/advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/Google/TikTok)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Campaign Management (Meta & Google)
• Maximising Customer Satisfaction and Service
• Developing tailored campaign ideas for clients
• Communicating professionally and personally with clients
• Leading regular Zoom calls to support clients, review results, and discuss strategies
• Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Problem-solving and providing effective solutions promptly
• Following all campaign protocols accurately
• Looking beyond ads to improve systems and address client-side issues, adding value wherever possible

Additional Essential Experience:

• Meta Business Manager (2+ years)
• Localised online marketing experience, especially in the fitness industry (bonus!)
• Agency experience or direct client management preferred
