Job description

Working closely with the Director, Digital Shared Services and Director, Technology Operations, the Digital Solutions Manager - Hospitality will oversee all service management, solution lifecycle management, and optimisation of our hospitality technology ecosystem supporting hotels, corporate offices, and other business ventures marketed by Maybourne (including retain, lifestyle, membership, residences, etc.).

This role is critical in ensuring seamless system integration, driving digital innovation, and enhancing the guest and operational experience through technological solutions. The position operates at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, collaborating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and strategic partners.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of hospitality systems, products, solutions, and integrations, including planning, design, implementation, testing, support, and maintenance.
  2. Leading cross-functional digital projects from business case to deployment, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder alignment.
  3. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, data standards, cybersecurity, PCI, and Maybourne policies across all solutions and vendors.
  4. Building a cohesive technology ecosystem to enable smooth data flow, reporting, and guest personalization.
  5. Leading system integrations via APIs, middleware, and iPaaS, ensuring secure and scalable data exchanges.
  6. Overseeing upgrades and patch cycles for hospitality solutions.
  7. Maintaining solution blueprints and service standards.
  8. Conducting audits to ensure compliance with governance and data integrity standards.
  9. Championing organizational change to deliver strategic hospitality solutions and optimize operations.
  10. Developing SOPs for digital operations to streamline governance.
  11. Collaborating on projects to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
  12. Managing operational and annual budgets for digital solutions.
  13. Working with vendors and solution providers to evaluate new tools, manage implementations, and maintain SLAs.
  14. Developing training materials and support frameworks for seamless adoption.
  15. Staying updated on emerging hospitality technologies (AI, IoT, Mobile Key, etc.) and recommending pilots or initiatives.
Candidate Profile

Successful candidates will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and curiosity skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and collaboration software
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems proactively in a fast-paced environment
