A leading hospitality group is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to oversee service management and optimize technology ecosystems. This role involves managing system lifecycles, leading digital projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, enhancing guest experiences through technology.
Working closely with the Director, Digital Shared Services and Director, Technology Operations, the Digital Solutions Manager - Hospitality will oversee all service management, solution lifecycle management, and optimisation of our hospitality technology ecosystem supporting hotels, corporate offices, and other business ventures marketed by Maybourne (including retain, lifestyle, membership, residences, etc.).
This role is critical in ensuring seamless system integration, driving digital innovation, and enhancing the guest and operational experience through technological solutions. The position operates at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, collaborating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and strategic partners.
