Digital Solutions Manager - Hospitality

Working closely with the Director, Digital Shared Services and Director, Technology Operations, the Digital Solutions Manager - Hospitality will oversee all service management, solution lifecycle management, and optimization of our hospitality technology ecosystem supporting hotels, corporate, and other business ventures marketed by Maybourne (retain, lifestyle, membership, residences, etc.).

This role is critical in ensuring seamless system integration, driving digital innovation, and enhancing the guest and operational experience through technology solutions. The role works at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, collaborating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and strategic partners.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hospitality systems, products, solutions, and integrations, including planning, design, implementation, testing, support, and maintenance.
  • Lead cross-functional digital projects from development to deployment, ensuring documentation, stakeholder alignment, and successful rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data standards, cybersecurity, PCI, and company policies.
  • Build a cohesive technology ecosystem for smooth data flow, reporting, and guest personalization.
  • Lead system integrations (APIs, middleware, iPaaS), ensuring secure, scalable data exchange.
  • Oversee system upgrades, patches, and maintain solution blueprints and service standards.
  • Conduct audits for compliance, data integrity, and governance.
  • Drive organizational changes to deliver strategic hospitality solutions and optimize operations.
  • Develop SOPs for digital operations to streamline governance and processes.
  • Collaborate on projects to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Manage operational and annual budgets for digital solutions.
  • Work with vendors and solution providers to evaluate tools, manage implementations, and maintain SLAs.
  • Create training materials and support frameworks for seamless adoption.
  • Stay updated on emerging hospitality technologies (AI, IoT, Mobile Key, etc.) and recommend pilots or initiatives.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Highly organized, curious, analytical
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, make decisions, and solve problems proactively
