Job summary

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is seeking a Digital Solutions Lead to drive digital transformation and deliver high-quality solutions for residents and colleagues. This hands-on role requires leading projects, shaping digital capabilities and collaborating with services, Xentrall ICT and partners.

You will design, develop and maintain digital tools including AI-enabled solutions, automation and self-service workflows, ensuring secure identity management and dashboard reporting.

Qualifications

Experience leading digital projects from concept to delivery.
Understanding of digital technology, AI, and automation to drive transformation.
Ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
Uses data and customer feedback to inform decisions.

Responsibilities
