Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency in Swansea is seeking a Digital Services Supplier Manager to lead a small team and govern external suppliers delivering DVLA’s digital services.

You will ensure service performance, drive continual improvement, and align supplier activities with DVLA priorities while supporting major change and transformation within a flexible, inclusive working environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and manage the Digital Services Supplier Management team with a customer-centric approach, focusing on availability and performance of DVLA services.
• Hold service review meetings with suppliers to measure performance and ensure day-to-day engagement meets requirements.
• Ensure governance around all technical changes by suppliers and DVLA.
• Collaborate with projects and change activity to ensure seamless transitioning into live status and ongoing operations.
