Qualifications

• Expert understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies and practices, gained by extensive real-world experience.
• Experience of working with a facilitative leadership approach in cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in risk management and budget tracking.
