Bishop Challoner Catholic College is seeking a Digital Services and Reprographics Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role runs 36.5 hours per week during term time and will oversee the student netbook scheme, coordinate reprographics, and support the IT team. The post supports teaching and the wider school operations.

The successful candidate will help implement the school's digital strategy and ensure services are secure, efficient and compliant with policies and procedures.

Hours of Work: 36.5 (Term time only)

Grade 2 Full-Time Equivalent Salary: £24,796 - £26,824

Pro Rata (Actual Salary Range): £21,775 - £23,556

Bishop Challoner Catholic College is looking to employ a Digital Services and Reprographics Officer on a 12-month term time only fixed term contract who would be responsible for managing key operational technology services within the school. The post holder will oversee the student netbook scheme, coordinate the school's reprographics provision, and support the IT team. Working closely with teaching staff, support teams, students, and external suppliers, the role ensures that digital resources and communication systems effectively support teaching, learning, and the wider operation of the school.

The post-holder will contribute to the school's digital strategy, promote the effective use of technology, and ensure that all services operate efficiently, securely, and in line with school policies and procedures.

Bishop Challoner Catholic College is a highly successful, heavily over-subscribed mixed 11-19 Catholic comprehensive school in the South of Birmingham. We were designated one of the first 100 Teaching Schools in the country and we are also a lead school for the Central Maths Hub and the Schools Sports Partnership.
