Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) seeks a highly experienced Architecture Services Account Manager to lead teams, manage complex digital services, and align strategies with NHSGGC and national policies. The role requires strong stakeholder influence, programme governance experience and a track record of delivering IT-enabled health services.

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree level, Masters preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• ITIL (Professional Best Practice Qualifications) desirable.
• Excellent team-working, written and verbal communication, leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams assessing and implementing new technologies across Primary/Secondary care and Community services.
• Ensure operational services, support and contracts meet NHSGGC needs.
• Develop and deliver medium/long-term strategic plans; present to senior stakeholders and governance groups.
• Maintain safe, secure processes in line with NHSGGC and National policy.
• Manage budgets and contracts following NHSGGC financial instructions for best value.
