Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in records review, legal administration, or compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly justify decisions and engage with stakeholders.
• High level of discretion and understanding of security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Review diverse information, quickly grasping complex themes in digital records from UK Government departments (emails, reports, transcripts).
• Identify sensitive content, applying protective measures like redaction or closure after initial screening.
• Filter irrelevant or duplicate records, documenting rationales for transparency.
• Maintain understanding of legislation (FOIA, Data Protection Act, Public Records Act) to inform decisions.
• Build effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Utilize digital tools for efficient and secure record management, applying redactions and preparing records for TNA or public release.
• Collaborate with other reviewers, CSM, and team leads to meet quality standards and report findings.
• Ensure alignment with KPIs and SLAs for daily project operations
