Russell James Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting a Digital Sales Lead for a global leader in industrial automation and electrification. You will own the UK digital portfolio end to end, setting growth strategy for software, APM, optimization and advanced analytics.

This market-building role offers executive visibility, home-based with UK travel and a base around £100,000 plus bonus. You will lead multi-year plans, build pipelines, engage with operators, EPCs and partners, and coach cross-functional

Qualifications

• Senior B2B solution sales experience in digital, software, APM or automation.
• Track record of building pipeline and closing complex, consultative deals.
• Solid understanding of industrial, energy or process environments.
• Confidence engaging at C-suite, engineering and operations level.
• Entrepreneurial, structured approach with momentum from scratch.

Russell James Recruitment is recruiting a Digital Sales Lead for a global leader in industrial automation and electrification. They are investing heavily in digital growth across the Energy and Process Industries and need a senior commercial leader to build and scale their UK digital business.

The role

You will own the UK digital portfolio end to end - industrial software, asset performance management (APM), optimisation and advanced analytics - and set the strategy for how it grows. This is a market-building role with real executive visibility, not an inherited patch.
