Job description

Lotus Natural Foods, the healthy snacking division of Lotus Bakeries, comprises a portfolio of 5 brands: BEAR, TREK, nakd., Kiddylicious, and Peter’s Yard. Working as part of the Digital team and closely with the UK Amazon Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing overall Amazon account performance to meet sales targets and KPIs in collaboration with the Amazon Account Manager UK.
  2. Enhancing brand visibility on Amazon through optimal content such as hero images, product titles, and descriptions.
  3. Ensuring smooth daily account operations by managing cases in Vendor Central and collaborating with Vendor Managers and Amazon staff as needed.
  4. Supporting accurate KPI reporting across UK brands, utilizing data from Vendor Central EPOS and internal financial sources.
  5. Communicating proactively with stakeholders regarding opportunities, challenges, and performance updates.

This role involves actively managing and optimizing our Amazon catalog for SEO and supporting end-to-end account optimization, including supply chain and vendor relationships, in a dynamic and engaging office environment.
