Job summary

Marsh is seeking a commercially minded professional to join our Digital Risk Consulting team in Norwich, London, or Manchester. This hybrid role requires three in-office days per week, with robust prospecting, engagement and pipeline management responsibilities across key client segments.

You will identify opportunities from claims and renewal data, engage relationship owners, and develop sales enablement materials to support outbound activity.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development experience in a professional services, insurance or tech context.
• Confident presenter who can articulate complex propositions clearly.
• Proactive self-starter with ability to generate and pursue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities using available data and portfolio analytics.
• Qualify, prioritise and maintain a live sales pipeline across partnerships.
• Create and update sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, battle cards).
• Attend client meetings and drive next steps through the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings and deal progression.
