Job summary

Grosvenor is offering an apprenticeship in Digital Project Management within the UK Property Business. You will learn by delivering digital initiatives, supporting the deployment of new modules and enhancements, and helping automate processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.

You will gain hands-on experience while pursuing a Project Management qualification, with flexible working and a supportive team in the Grosvenor Connect environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/A Levels/BTEC etc.)
• OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role)
• 5 x GCSE’s including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above

Responsibilities

• Learn to tailor agile delivery for end-to-end projects to meet time and quality goals.
• Assist with defining and preparing detailed project scopes.
• Develop and understand clearly defined project plans.
• Support ad hoc research and project portfolio reporting with the Digital Solution Team.
• Contribute to delivery of the digital solutions product roadmap.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and promote best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting project delivery.
• Provide up-to-date delivery estimates as a point of contact for progress.
• Support the Digital Product Manager with sprint goals and OKR practice.
• Keep aware of tech that enhances efficient processes.
