Job summary

Grosvenor is offering an apprenticeship in Data Analysis, working with the Customer Insights team to generate actionable insights from survey data and customer behaviour. You will develop dashboards, support data platforms, and communicate findings to stakeholders while gaining practical experience across the data lifecycle.

The role emphasizes analytics, data quality, and collaboration with Operations, Sustainability and Digital teams, with 35 hours per week and a structured Level 4

Job description

About the role:

Working with the Customer Insights Manager, you will help Grosvenor better understand its customers, including occupier sentiment, behaviour and use of our digital services. You will work across the full data lifecycle, from collecting and managing raw data to developing dashboards, producing actionable insights and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. The role will give you practical experience in survey research, data analysis, reporting and data visualisation while completing your Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop customer and community insight. Support the design, delivery and analysis of surveys, including our annual customer survey and regular customer sentiment research. Working with the Operations, London Estate, and Sustainability teams, you will help turn findings into clear business insights and recommendations. You will gain experience in survey design, data management, SQL, semantic modelling, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

  • Support our customer data and reporting platforms. Help develop and manage tools that improve our understanding of digital customers, working closely with the Digital Solutions Team and Group Technology. This will include creating dashboards, supporting Google Analytics integrations, helping colleagues use the platform and contributing to monthly and thematic reporting. You will also help identify opportunities to improve the platform over time.

  • Provide insight into the digital customer experience. Work with Digital Product Managers and User Experience Research Manager to analyse customer behaviour and provide insights that support the development of our customer-facing digital products. This will give you practical experience of working with Google Analytics data.

Your ‘day-to-day’:
  • Cleaning, managing and analysing large datasets.

  • Supporting the design and delivery of customer surveys.

  • Checking data quality and identifying inconsistencies.

  • Collaborating with Operations, Sustainability, Group Technology and the Digital Solutions Team.

  • Creating new dashboards and improving existing ones to communicate insights clearly.

  • Contributing to regular reporting for the London Estate and Operations teams.

  • Presenting findings to internal stakeholders.

  • Documenting data sources, definitions and analytical processes.

  • Interested in how data can support better business and customer decisions.

Entry requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc)

  • OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)

Plus:
  • 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above

  • Experience with using Excel (in particular pivot tables and XLookup) and Microsoft products (or similar)

Working hours: 35 hours per week, 9:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
