The Role

We seek a Digital Project Manager to lead our digital roadmap and strategic projects. This key role involves managing cross-functional projects, from ecommerce enhancements on Shopify to back-office system integrations and product launches.

You will work closely with developers, marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure timely, scoped, and high-standard delivery. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, your responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Digital Project Management
    • Manage our ecommerce digital roadmap across three Shopify Plus stores (UK, EU, US)
    • Prioritize and oversee sprint workflows with our development team
    • Translate business needs into technical briefs
  2. Cross-functional Business Projects
    • Coordinate NPD timelines, supply chain improvements, and operational system rollouts
    • Support third-party platform integrations (3PLs, ERP, subscription tools)
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Ensure clear project ownership and expectations within teams
    • Coordinate with external providers and agencies
  4. Reporting & Communication
    • Monitor project progress, timelines, and risks
    • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Who You Are

To succeed, you should have:

  • Experience managing digital or ecommerce projects in a DTC or fast-growth setting
  • Proven Shopify Plus project management experience
  • Understanding of ecommerce platforms, app integrations, and development workflows
  • Experience with operational systems (ERP, WMS, 3PL) is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Comfort in a high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion
