Apprentify in Wilmslow is hiring a Digital Programme Advisor to speak with prospective learners, identify suitable training paths and guide them through enrolment. This is a commission-driven role with an OTE of £38,000, supported by structured in-house training and clear progression paths.

The successful candidate will be money-motivated, confident on calls and able to build rapport with diverse people while working towards personal and team targets in a busy, growth-focused environment.

We're looking for a Digital Programme Advisor to join a growing training provider in Wilmslow, helping people take the next step in their careers through fully funded digital and IT training programmes.

What you'll be doing

You'll be speaking with people who have already shown an interest in developing their skills and exploring training opportunities.

Day To Day, You'll

• Speak with prospective learners over the phone, email, SMS and online platforms
• Understand their goals and help identify the right programme for them
• Guide learners through the enrolment journey from initial conversation to sign-up
