Job summary

Flourish in Wilmslow is seeking a Talent Resourcer – Apprenticeships & Early Careers to help people start their careers in the digital and technology space. You’ll engage with prospective learners, learn their ambitions and guide them toward the right apprenticeship or training opportunity.

You’ll work with learners across phone, email, and online platforms, build relationships, support enrolments, and attend industry events.

Qualifications

• No recruitment experience required; motivated to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective learners via phone, email, and chat.
• Able to build relationships and understand learner goals.
• Willing to engage in industry events and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Speak with potential learners across phone, email, SMS and online platforms
• Building relationships and understanding each person's goals and aspirations
• Matching learners with the most suitable training programmes
• Guiding candidates through the enrolment process from initial conversation onwards
• Keeping in touch and creating a positive candidate experience
• Attending industry events and networking opportunities
• Working towards targets with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission

Wilmslow | £26,000 base + £10,000–£12,000 commission in year one | Uncapped earning potential

You’ll work with prospective learners, getting to know their ambitions and career goals before matching them with the most suitable programme and supporting them throughout the enrolment journey.

What will you be doing? Think of it as recruitment, but instead of placing candidates into traditional vacancies, you’ll be helping people find and secure the right apprenticeship or training opportunity for their future.
