Job summary

Apprentify in Wilmslow is hiring a Digital Programme Advisor to speak with prospective learners, identify suitable training paths and guide them through enrolment. This is a commission-driven role with an OTE of £38,000, supported by structured in-house training and clear progression paths.

The successful candidate will be money-motivated, confident on calls and able to build rapport with diverse people while working towards personal and team targets in a busy, growth-focused environment.

• Keep on top of multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work towards clear individual and team targets.
• Attend occasional events and networking opportunities.
