Job summary

Flourish in Wilmslow is recruiting a Recruitment Advisor for Apprenticeships & Early Careers. The role combines candidate conversations with guiding learners into suitable apprenticeship programmes, backed by in-house training and progression paths.

You will build relationships, manage multiple conversations, and work toward targets with an uncapped commission structure, aiming to help people progress in the digital and technology space.

Responsibilities

• Speak with potential learners across phone, email, SMS and online platforms
• Build relationships and understand each person's goals and aspirations
• Match learners with the most suitable training programmes
• Guide candidates through the enrolment process from initial conversation onwards
• Attending industry events and networking opportunities
• Working towards targets with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission

Wilmslow | £26,000 base + £10,000–£12,000 commission in year one | Uncapped earning potential

This is a brilliant opportunity to build a career in recruitment and talent, helping people access apprenticeship and training opportunities across the fast-growing digital and technology space.

You’ll work with prospective learners, getting to know their ambitions and career goals before matching them with the most suitable programme and supporting them throughout the enrolment journey.

What will you be doing? Think of it as recruitment, but instead of placing candidates into traditional vacancies, you’ll be helping people find and secure the right apprenticeship or training opportunity for their future.

• Matching learners with the most suitable training programmes
• Guiding candidates through the enrolment process from initial conversation onwards
• Keeping in touch and creating a positive candidate experience
